Can I put anything on the cover if I choose to customize?

Yes, that’s the idea! Put in your name, your inspirational quote, your dream car, or your ultimate goal! Anything you want, we do. You can also refer to past custom orders and use their design idea. Just search #everydayplannerscustom on Instagram. If you have your own pictures, read on below ūüėČ

Will the pictures on the front and back covers be printed exactly as I see them on the screen? What about customized cover design sent through Whatsapp?

That depends a bit on how your screen is calibrated. Pictures may come out a little darker or a little lighter, but more or less as seen on the screen, yes. However, we’d like to advise against combining the lightest nuances with one another, as the contrast in print can be a bit off. Combining light and dark nuances of the same colour is always fine, though!

Can I have my own picture on the cover?

Yes, you can! Just add to cart¬†“Customized Cover”. On ‘cover’ field, write the short description of your photo; i.e. Beachside with lighthouse. Email us your own pictures entitled your order name and invoice. For the pictures and photos to come out as good as possible in print, we recommend the following resolution or higher

–¬†A5: 1157×1614 pixels.

How do I place an order?

Once you decide to get a planner for yourself/friends/siblings and the quantity, then click ‚ÄúAdd to Cart‚ÄĚ. From there, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout and make payment via SenangPay (fpx, bank transfer available).

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Be sure to check your email for your order confirmation! (If it doesn’t appear straigtaway, give about 2 hours for the system to process your order)

About Delivery and Postage

What shipping methods are available?

We ship locally and internationally via Malaysia’s Courier PosLaju. They are registered mail and you may track your parcel thru the website¬†HERE.

How long will it take to get my package?

The estimated shipping date should be mentioned in the order confirmation email (usually on a Friday/Saturday). Please allow 1-3¬†business days¬†for us to provide you with the tracking code via email. Your Everyday Planner will be shipped from Selangor, Malaysia¬†and it will be in your mailbox in 2-7 business days in Malaysia and¬†7-12 business days internationally (though some countries may take longer, don’t worry just check with your tracking code).

Do you ship to other countries that are not listed?

Yes, if you want us to! However, please email us first so we can discuss the shipping fees, duties and taxes before you confirm your order.

About Cancellation and Return Policy

If I changed my mind, can I change my order?

Decided you want the other cover style, or another planner type? No problem! You may change for another order 7 working days prior to the shipping date (before everything is printed). This is because every planner purchased on everydayplanners.com is unique and printed individually for each customer. To do so, please contact us immediately at hello@everydayplanners.com so we can replace with the original.

*We will not refund the price difference if the substitute item is at a lower price. However, customers will have to pay for the additional balance if substitute is at a higher price. Changes will only be confirmed once payment is made. Otherwise, shipping will be postponed to the next month.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up until you have made your payments. If you have already paid, however, the right to withdraw is no longer in force. The planners may contain misprints, and EverydayPlanners Venture disclaims all responsibility for what that could cause.

Can I return a product?

Products may not be returned or exchanged. We take quality very seriously and each product that leaves our store has been looked over a dozen times. Once a book is shipped and finds its way to you, we can’t guarantee that it’ll stay in perfect, top-notch condition. We do hope that each customer receive a beautiful and well-kept product. We hope you understand our no exchanges or returns policy and the reasoning behind it. If you find yourself in the worst case scenario, do email us with photos of evidence, and we may send you a PDF copy of your purchase for you to print yourself.
